Cooking
For our sweets we use millet Golden TM "Mistral".
Rinse the millet and soak in water overnight. In the morning, cook millet over low heat, stirring constantly, until water is completely absorbed.
Add coconut, honey and vanilla, mix well.
Put the mass into shape, lined with cling film, carefully tamping. Remove in the freezer for 1 hour.
To get out of the freezer and cut into squares.
The chocolate and butter melt in a water bath.
Pour candy on top of chocolate, garnish with almonds, remove 1 hour in the freezer to stabilize. To get out of the freezer and serve for tea.
