Cake
I want to offer you a cake made of choux pastry with cottage cheese and strawberry filling.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    5 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Strawberry

    9 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate chips

  • Strawberries

Cooking

Prepare the choux dough. Into the water put the butter and put it on the stove.

Then add the Cup of flour and knead the dough.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees (focus on your oven). Bake about 45-50 minutes (maybe less time, it depends on the oven). Remove from the mold and cool.

Prepare auxiliary mass to cream. In the flour pour in the milk and stir.

Add unrefined cane sugar "Crystals" TM Mistral and stir. The crystals are produced on the island of Mauritius located in the Indian ocean.
