Crispy fragrant biscuits
If you, like me, it is not recommended pastries for a number of reasons, or are you just a fan of crispy cakes, then this is the cookie for you. You'll never guess, so this cookie has the flavor and pleasant crunch. This cookie can be used as a dessert and as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    60 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Blue cheese

    80 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

For biscuits, I prefer to use a food processor, although you can mix with a mixer. In the bowl of a kitchen processor put the butter at room temperature, cut into pieces and crumbled blue cheese (blue cheese).

Grind the butter and cheese into a homogeneous mass.

Add salt, ground sweet paprika, chopped walnuts and baking powder and mix everything.

Take the rice flakes from "Mistral".

Add cereal to butter mixture.

Add the flour and all mix well. I recommend putting the flour in parts, you may need less or more flour than mentioned in the ingredients.

When mixing should be tight but elastic dough. Put the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

The finished dough roll out between two sheets of parchment to a thickness of about 4-5 mm, cut out any shapes available.

Put biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment (baking paper), making a pinhole with a fork, put in oven heated to 180 degrees, bake until it will turn brown 15-20 minutes.
