Rice rolls with chicken and cheese
Another simplest variant of meatballs, a very favorite in our family. And also cook rarely, because rarely eat fried. Chicken can be substituted for any meat component, boiled, fried, baked, smoked meat-chicken-of colbern OE-any (Meats are welcome, with them even tastier). Delicious in hot or cold. Love these patties cold the next day, fly like hotcakes. Treat yourself?

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Chicken fillet

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook rice in water viscous porridge. I prefer to cook in the slow cooker. Let the rice cool down.

Any meat, in this case chicken, pre-marinated, fry or bake.

To the cooled rice add diced chicken breast, egg, grated cheese, herbs (I dill) if you want to season with salt and pepper. Knead thoroughly.

With wet hands roll into balls the size of tangerines.

Pour on a plate of semolina

Add the paprika, stir

Of the balls formed into round patties, breaded in to the prepared batter.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

Serve with sauce, vegetable salad or just like that, without anything.
