Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Dill

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

The fish you can use any. Today I decided to fry the salmon. Washed, salted.

Prepare the breading. For this, we will add in a bowl the cornmeal, dried dill, paprika and sesame seeds.

All will mix. The breading ready.

Heat the pan with oil, diminish the fire and well roll the fish in breadcrumbs, spread on a pan. Fry on all sides until Golden brown. Fry without a lid. The fish is ready to eat. Bon appetit. Thank you.
