Roulade of pork with thyme and cranberries
This meatloaf is delicious hot or cold. The combination of pork with sour-bitter cranberries - always a win-win, and thyme perfectly complements it and gives this dish a unique flavor. Very tasty and easy!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Thyme

    1 coup

  • Cranberries

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

  • Honey

    1 tsp
