Meat muffins with mushrooms
Today, thinking what to cook for dinner piece of meat, got the idea to make cupcakes. The set of products in the economy I had. Turned out delicious, hearty, nice! Now and festive table, I'd cook the meat cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepared bell peppers (I had frozen), a piece of pork ground meat, sliced small dice mushrooms and onions, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater.

Prepared spices, semolina, salt.

Onions and carrots fried in vegetable oil.

Mixed all components, added the eggs.

Mix the stuffing.

Tins greased with butter, sprinkle with flour (you can mould silicone, the muffins easier to remove).
