Cooking
Boil the rice in salted water. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
While cooking the rice: fish fillet cut into pieces, RUB with salt and seasoning (fish take the one you like the most. With different types of fish and the taste will change).
Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil and add the garlic, passed through chesnokodavku.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Now add chopped tomatoes and half of the chopped dill, fry for a few minutes.
Put the rice, salt and pepper.
Simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
