Liver in mustard sauce
Recipe of tasty and tender chicken liver. Thanks to the mustard sauce, the liver just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

For the sauce, mix the yogurt, mustard, soy sauce. The liver clean and wash the fish.

Onion cut into half rings, fry until Golden brown.

To the onions add the liver, fry for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper.

Pour mustard sauce, low down the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, generously pour the sauce.
