Sorbet
I hope in anticipation of the summer recipe of the sorbet will come in handy!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chocolate milk

  • Orange juice

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Orange zest

  • Lemon peel

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

Before the beginning of the form oil and put in the freezer. Chocolate melt in the microwave for 2-3 min.

Melted chocolate to cover as quickly as possible our forms, as in contact with cold the chocolate hardens quickly. Form put in the freezer.

Mix in a saucepan the orange juice (leave 2 tbsp for mixing gelatin) and lemon, peel them, sugar. Put on medium heat. When the sugar has dissolved turn the stove on high and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Soak gelatine in 2 tbsp of orange juice. Once you go soft, do make in the pot with the mixture.

Orange pour mixture into a prepared ice-cream maker and leave to freeze for 30 minutes to do differently is to pour the mixture into a container and put in the freezer, and then 4-5 times every 30 min to mix thoroughly freezing mixture.

The mixture in the ice-cream maker is frozen.

Put into molds with chocolate and put into the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Before submitting the form, put it in hot water for 1 min.
