Buckwheat casserole with zucchini in an omelet
We began the season of squash... And so yesterday I wanted something simple, hearty, but it is unusual... Thus was invented this delicious casserole. Me and my family liked it so much that this casserole is a frequent guest on our table. And besides, foods for casseroles there at all. Simple, nourishing, delicious and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Porridge

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    3 Tbsp

Everything is easy and simple. I had the usual buckwheat porridge cooked in the slow cooker. In the porridge I added the egg.

Grind up in a blender into a puree.

Form or pan ( I have a diameter of 26 cm) lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Put into a form puree of buckwheat cereal, spread it around the bottom of the form.

Beat eggs with salt and add the milk.

Buckwheat-based poke with a fork and pour on top of a little omletes mixture.

Zucchini cut into thin slices, a little salt and fry in vegetable oil. The fried zucchini to put on the buckwheat basis.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then allow to cool completely in the oven.
