Cooking
Everything is easy and simple. I had the usual buckwheat porridge cooked in the slow cooker. In the porridge I added the egg.
Grind up in a blender into a puree.
Form or pan ( I have a diameter of 26 cm) lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Put into a form puree of buckwheat cereal, spread it around the bottom of the form.
Beat eggs with salt and add the milk.
Buckwheat-based poke with a fork and pour on top of a little omletes mixture.
Zucchini cut into thin slices, a little salt and fry in vegetable oil. The fried zucchini to put on the buckwheat basis.
Pour on top of the remaining omletes mixture.
Sprinkle grated on a fine grater cheese and dill.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then allow to cool completely in the oven.
Gently turn on a dish, remove the parchment and flip on the main dish. And serve.
Delicious, nourishing, beautiful and very simple...
