I want to share with you the awesome recipe for potato casserole. Or rather, variations on this theme a million, but this version combines the ease of cooking and the stunning result is a delicate flavor!!! Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Bacon

    6 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Finely chop bacon, fry them lightly, slice finely the onion and sauté to a nice Golden color together with the bacon. Add salt and Pepper to taste.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess moisture. In the meantime, take a refractory form, lubricate it with a slice of garlic, previously cut lengthwise. Top grease the form of butter. The first layer put half of the grated potato and flatten. Then put the fried onion and then cover with the remaining potatoes.

Here it is, the top layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.

Pour over the cream and milk. Sprinkle finely crumbled bread.
