Cooking
Cooking pasta: Boil pasta in a large saucepan in salted water until cooked according the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside. Prepare the sauce. Oleina heat the oil in a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add butter.
Add the garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes, stirring, until fragrant.
Add the flour and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add cream, whisking to combine until a homogeneous mass.
Continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and stir until the cheese melts. Reduce the heat to low, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
They pour oil on a frying pan and fry the pieces of chicken on high heat, literally 5 - 7 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Once the sauce and pasta are cooked, combine them with the chopped chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes and stir evenly. Serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh Basil.
