Description
Albondigas a la jardinera - another version of Spanish meat meatballs, now in vegetable sauce. They are very fragrant, homemade and cozy! Preparation is very easy. For best results, use homemade beef.

Cooking
The products that we need.
Soak a piece of bread in milk.
Mix mince with egg, salt, pepper, parsley and soaked bread.
To form the meatballs, roll in flour. Fry in oil, lay on paper towel.
Carrots cut into cubes along with the peas boil for 10 minutes. I had a couple of artichokes frozen, I boiled them.
Chop onion, leek and pepper and fry in oil.
Add the mushrooms and a spoonful of flour.
Add a little vegetable broth.
Add meatballs and carrots with peas.
Add the wine and simmer for 10 -12 minutes.
Submit meatballs with sauce and fried potatoes, garnish with parsley.
Another version of the submission. Sometimes children and men do not really like vegetables. Then can the sauce with vegetables to send in the bowl of a blender, chop and return to the meatballs.
