Sambucus persimmon
This recipe from the \"fast-tasty-Kras Ivo\". Also useful as Sambucus is made from persimmon. Has an airy structure. Very tasty, inexpensive, quick dessert - perhaps this is what is required in a very busy housewife on the eve of the New year.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Persimmon

    700 g

Cooking

Persimmon cut into slices, removing the seeds, pour 180 ml of water, add the star anise and cook on medium heat 10 min. just to mention, that I used persimmon "Wren" as another persimmon eat. If you use the classic varieties, Sambucus will be more bright colors.

While stewed persimmon, soak sheet gelatin in cold water. Hot persimmon RUB through a fine sieve.

Beat egg whites with sugar and lemon juice until stable peaks.

In a very warm palm puree to dissolve the squeezed out gelatine.

To combine beaten egg whites with palm mashed, adding puree into the whites and beat with a mixer at low speed.

The received weight lay out on the glasses and allow to cool in the fridge. I chilled on the balcony. Before serving, garnish with slices of persimmon and stars of star anise.
