Description
This cake is the result of the flight of my imagination, hence the name:-)) Imagine a sand base with patches of raisins, prunes and dried cranberries, fragrant layer of Apple and quince purees, it slices the apples immersed in the thick grapefruit cream. The taste is very fresh, tender, juicy, rich and fantastically tasty!!!

Cooking
Wash and dry raisins, dried cranberries and prunes
Chop with a knife or meat grinder
Butter to grind with sugar, add flour, egg, sour cream, soda (I have sour cream was sour, I soda not quenched)
Add the chopped dried fruit
Flatten the dough into a ball, put into the refrigerator for at least 40 min.
The quinces and apples (pictured is one, but another I then added) to wash, remove core, cut into small pieces, can remove the peel, but I didn't do it
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and bake until done, I used the microwave, on full power 8 minutes, then cool
Grapefruit wash, I have 2 small, if a large - enough one
Squeeze the juice from them, turned out 250 ml
In a separate bowl mix the soft butter, sugar and eggs, add starch and grapefruit juice (starch dissolved in juice)
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, I have juice in the process of pink became orange
Baked apples and the quinces carefully grind in a blender (here I regretted that I had not removed from the skin of the quince, I had a little trouble), add the cinnamon
Take the dough, put into the form, do the bumpers, that I'm not perfect, I have split, diameter 22 cm
Can the dough first to propagate 10 min. at 160-180 deg. with the parchment and beans, but I didn't, I was in a hurry, everything is cooked:-)) on the dough puree
To put mashed potatoes apples (wash, remove the core and peel, thinly slice), if you want - sprinkle with sugar
Put the grapefruit cream, bake in a preheated oven at 160-180 deg. somewhere 40 min. (to be honest, I forgot to pinpoint, focused appearance)
Cool completely before serving, preferably even in the refrigerator, the cake is very delicate!
