Chocolate cranberry pie
Autumn like all other seasons, a good time. We summarize: how was the past summer, which was long-awaited vacation, many significant events happened to us. Thinking about this, we harvest and prepare to spend the winter. I propose to gather round the table. And pamper yourself and your loved ones a delicious pie. Chocolate based with a pleasant tartness of fresh cranberries, and complements the taste of the cream top with milk chocolate. Enjoy this cake with hot tea, and summarize, so that at the end of September.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cranberry

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

To prepare a set of products.

Add butter to the brown sugar and cocoa. Put on a slow fire, stir. When the butter has melted, remove from heat.

Add the flour and baking powder. Add the beaten eggs.

Mix well the dough with cranberries.

Combine all the ingredients for filling, beat well.

Form grease with butter (or vystelit baking paper). Spread the chocolate dough, then fill. Sprinkle chopped chocolate. Cover with foil.

Bake for one hour at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Ten minutes before ready, remove the foil. If the form is larger diameter, it will take less time. Readiness check wooden stick. Cut into pieces and serve. Enjoy your tea!!!
