So there you go: mix in a bowl or blender the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon). Further turns are added (don't stop stirring), vegetable oil, milk, eggs, juice and lemon zest. Whisk until smooth.
At the very end add the raisins (I didn't use)and apples (to clean them and cut into cubes). Form grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar (the sugar will give the cake a caramel color). Pour our dough in the pan and put in oven to bake at t160-180 degrees until cooked. Readiness check the match or toothpick. Baking time is hard to say - every oven is different. I was baked for about an hour.
The finished cake to turn on a dish. Chocolate melt in the microwave or in a water bath. I melted chocolate added a little milk (about 1 tbsp). It's more convenient to put it on the cupcake.
