Petiolate stalks of celery finely chopped, add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, stir and after 10 minutes, add the vegetable oil. The marinade is ready!
Tomatoes cut into thick slices (1 tomato 3 slices), place in a plastic container with a lid for further marinating in the fridge. On each circle, spread tomato celery weight (layers may be a few). Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours the food is ready!
