Liver pate with beetroot and horseradish
Exposing this recipe, I'm sure the Bicycle was invented. Just a nice presentation, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Horseradish

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Yogurt

  • Spices

Hell I take the ready-made in jars.

For roasted pate, liver, added grated onion and carrot. All brought to readiness. Salt and added pepper. Shredded in a blender. Beet rubbed finely and mix with the horseradish. Added a bit of yogurt.
