Cooking

step-0
Put on to cook rice. I chose basmati rice from Mistral - this rice is not sticky, very fragrant and tasty. A Cup of rice wash, fill with water per 1 Cup of rice 2 cups of water, put on fire and cook for 20 minutes. Then don't open the lid for 10 more minutes - to let the rice "rest".
step-1
Meanwhile, chop finely bell pepper (it is better to take the peppers of different colors), green beans cut into strips. Green beans can be replaced with celery.
step-2
In vegetable oil fry the beans and pepper with a smashed garlic clove for 3 minutes.
step-3
Cook omelette - whisk eggs with cream (milk), pour mixture into the pan, cover, make the smallest fire. After 5 minutes the omelette will be ready.
step-4
Squid cleaned and cut into thin strips. To easily clean the squid from the film, put it in a colander and pour over boiling water from the kettle - the film "swerve" balls and you can easily wash it with water.
step-5
Add the sliced squid to the pan with the vegetables.
step-6
Stir, pour soy sauce - 20 ml, and any sweet and sour sauce - 20 ml., I added oyster sauce. (Unfortunately, the list of ingredients to make it impossible). Stir in the throes of not more than one or two minutes.
step-7
Add to the pan ready an omelette.
step-8
Add the rice. Stir. Omelet gives lightness and weightlessness of the dish, the sauce seeps into the rice and makes it even more delicious.
step-9
Spread on a dish or serving individual and call your home. Prepare this dish for your guests - components is simple, and it turns out very tasty and unusual.
