Mini-rolls of pork with dried apricots and barberry
Delicious mini rolls, thanks to the marinade they have a unique taste of the holiday, which is impossible to describe. Dried apricots and barberry perfectly with the great taste of pork. You can apply for a festive table in the form of snacks both hot and cold, but you as a main hot dish with potato side dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Dried apricots

  • Barberry

    10 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

Cut the meat into thin steaks, I got 5 pieces.

To beat with a special hammer.

In mixer bowl combine soy sauce, Dijon mustard, sweet and sour sauce, tomato paste, Tabasco, honey, sweet paprika. Season with salt to taste.

To cover two sides of each piece of meat and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

On each slice of meat to put 2-3 pieces of dried apricots, sprinkle of dried barberry.

To roll the roulade. The resulting roll wrap in foil to get "candy"

Rolls put on a baking sheet and send in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Rolls can be served as an appetizer and a main dish.
