Pudding with sweet pumpkin
This pudding casserole in taste and structure is reminiscent of pumpkin cheesecake. Very easily prepared from everything left. And perfect for tea or dessert with coffee.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Pumpkin

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    4 piece

Cooking

Whisk together sour cream, eggs, brown sugar and lemon zest until frothy.

Pumpkin baked clean, crumple into a puree and add the sweet mixture and again beat into a soft mousse.

Cookies with raisins (chopped) or chopped bread (me) will serve as a basis for casseroles. That is put on the bottom of the form.

Pour the mixture basis.

Here it is - ready for baking.

In the oven for 25-30 minutes. The finished casserole to cool.
