Apple pudding jelly

Ingredients

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Jelly

    200 ml

  • Semolina

    200 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Candied

    30 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    20 g

Cooking

Grate apples with the skin.

Add a Cup of cooked jelly (from concentrate) or cook for yourself (1 tsp potato starch dissolve in 1/3 Cup of cold juice, then pour 2/3 Cup of boiling juice, stir and refrigerate)

Add the sugar and semolina.

Mix into a smooth paste and leave to swell for one hour.

Then add quenched with vinegar, baking soda, raisins, candied fruit, zest, salt, vanilla sugar.

Add the flour, mix everything well. Pour into oiled cake pan, cover the bottom with baking paper. Pudding almost does not rise, so fill almost to the top.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40 minutes. Willingness define a splinter - it should be dry.
