Austrian cheesecake
Very tender cake. Men, upon tasting it, immediately remembered my childhood :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Sugar

  • Lemon peel

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

  • Starch

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Softened butter, sugar and egg, mix until a homogeneous mass.

Pour the flour and knead the dough.

Wrap the pastry in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Raisins and dried apricots to soak in water, the apricots finely.

Remove dough, roll out, put into a form and make the bumpers.

Prepare the filling: egg yolks rubbed with oil, sugar, zest. Curd mix with sour cream, baking powder + yolk cream, then the raisins with dried apricots. Protein, beat separately introduced into the stuffing.

Spread the filling on the dough. Prepare the filling: egg yolk + 1 tbsp sour cream + 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pour this mixture pie.

Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.
