Cupcakes with cream cheese
Very tasty muffins with cheese and onion taste. Convenient to take with you on the road or at work to eat with a Cup of coffee or tea. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Green onions

For these cupcakes only take cheese soup with onions. Put it for 10-15 min. in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.

After that, true cheese on a grater.

Shift it into the mixer bowl and add eggs. All mixed together.

Then add vegetable oil, sour cream, salt, sugar. All carefully mix.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and soda. Pour into the mixer bowl and mix thoroughly.

Add chopped green onions. This time I added 2 tbsp of carrot-garlic salad dressing (my homemade each other left and as is often the case, no one ate it :-) ). Green onions if I have, then take the turnip 1 small head and fry in vegetable oil part of the recipe. Cooled and added to the dough. Stir it carefully.

Spread the batter into molds 2/3 of the volume (if you want the form to grease with butter). Bake the muffins in the oven at 180*C until done (I have 20 minutes).
