Cooking
The pieces of fish stew with onions, roots and spices, strain the broth.
Soak gelatine in cold copaceni water, give to swell, to dissolve in hot broth. A thin layer of jelly pour into shells and chill.
To put the decoration of carrots and parsley, pour a layer of jelly and allow to cool.
Then spread a layer of caviar, some jello and chill. Ready fish to fill the shells and pour the remaining jelly, refrigerate until ready.
