Our garrison is 25 km from the Chinese border, around the taiga. The nearest Outpost is called "taiga". Our Ussuri taiga is rich in nuts and mushrooms. This is a recipe I want to dedicate to your friends the guards. It is made on motives of Chinese cuisine, our nearest neighbor, as I wrote.

Cooking
To prepare this side dish, I chose the rice "Orient" from the "Mistral", it is most meet the requirements for this recipe. Take the rice, fill with water in a ratio of 1 to 2, bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Mix rice with mushrooms and vegetables, cover, turn off heat and leave for another 10 minutes.
