Description
Cake-tatin? Why not! "If there are upside down cakes, then why not make a cupcake?" I thought, and prepared. The result is very pleased me and my family, also turned out beautiful and unusual. Try it!

Cooking
Washed strawberries and bananas peel and cut into slices. Spread in a greased form for cupcakes.
Make a syrup: in a small saucepan, over low heat, melt 100 g of sugar with the lemon juice, and warmed, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved (but not boiling). The resulting syrup pour the bananas with strawberries.
If using vanilla pods, pod, cut lengthwise into 2 parts and with a knife remove the layer of grains from the middle of each half.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Make the dough: share the yolks and whites; RUB the yolks with the sugar (150 g), add the softened butter and flour mixed with baking powder; then the vanilla, and mix well the dough until smooth.
Add the whipped whites with the salt, gently mix and spread the dough on the fruit.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Before remove from the mould - the cake should be well cooled, what would the fruit froze.
Bon appetit! note:for the filling you can use other fruits; and the amount of sugar used for the filling can be adjusted. In this recipe I specify a minimum number.
