My family loves potatoes-mashed potatoes, and fried cabbage with meatballs. Well, and better all at once and together. Thus was born this recipe, which I use for quite some time.

Cooking
Take marinated ogurechika TM "6 acres", and RUB on a coarse grater.
Cabbage finely shinkuem, fry until soft. Add grated cucumbers and fry for another 5 min. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the beef, salt, spices and egg. Stir until smooth.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the meat-cabbage stuffing, flatten. In the cold mashed potatoes add the egg and stir. Put meat and cabbage mixture; to level, grease with mayonnaise.
Bake at 180*approximately 50-60 min. until Golden brown. Allow to cool slightly, so it will be better to cut and transported.
