  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

Eggplant cut into thin strips, cool salt, leave for an hour in the fridge

Ground walnuts, grated garlic, finely chopped greens, mayonnaise - add all in one bowl and mix.

Wash the eggplant with water, wring out, dry with a towel

In a pan heat a spoonful of oil (a little oil, just to grease the pan) and fry the eggplant

On the fried strips of eggplant, place the filling, roll the rolls
