Potatoes, baked with pork knuckle and pickles
Simple, quick dish. Very tasty. Aromatic potatoes soaked in juices baked shank and spicy pickles.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

The recipe is very simple. We need big pieces of the knuckle (or other smoked meat), potatoes, onions, pickles.

Cut cucumbers.

The knuckle plates.

Onion rings.

The potato slices.

In a pan with high sides or in a pan for baking, pour on the bottom a little (literally, grease) with olive oil and put onion rings.

On top put a layer of potatoes (half).

Potatoes should be laid with the knuckle.

The knuckle spread the cucumbers.

The top has a layer of potatoes.

Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, put all this beauty in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
