Fish in Greek
Want a delicious, easy, inexpensive snack? This recipe is for You. At the beginning of lunch, a fish is served to whet the appetite, and at the end of the day will replace a light dinner, perfectly quenches hunger. And most importantly, the fish is not fried and stew!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Chives

    4 piece

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into rings. Garlic chopped. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onion with the garlic until light Golden color, darker is not necessary, as on a bed of onions and garlic then braised fish.

Tomatoes cut into circles.

Olives cut into slices.

Fish fillet cut into pieces weighing 80-100 g (I had frozen portions to 100 g). Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

The fish lay on the fried onion with garlic. On top of each piece put a mug of tomato and all together to extinguish on weak fire of 5-10 minutes.

Bread cut into cubes and fry in butter until crisp. To serve together the finished fish hot, sprinkled with olives. Decorate with chives.
