Cooking
Take the eggplants of medium size. Wash, remove the stalk
We cut our eggplant lengthwise slices 3-5 mm. I have helper slicer. Many write about some sort of bitterness if you don't soak, but I'm not bitter, so do not soak
Take a baking sheet and setelem baking paper. Spread on top in a single layer our slices of eggplant.
Then lubricates our slices soy sauce. and put in preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 7 minutes. Get again lubricated with soy sauce and put in oven for 5 minutes.
