Crispy pickled zucchini
A quick recipe is very tasty snack. Just 5-6 hours later ready stunning crisp vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Zucchini, carrots, onion and garlic cut into half rings.

Fold the chopped vegetables into a deep bowl, sprinkle with seasoning for carrots in Korean and stir.

Prepare marinade: in a saucepan, combine the water, vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Allow to simmer on medium heat for 5 min.

Fold the vegetables in a bowl to marinate (jar, pot) and pour the boiling (!) marinade. Brew tech. 5-6 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
