  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil potatoes. Nuts, and two kinds of seeds to heat in the pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Baton soak in water. In the bowl of a blender combine the nuts, two kinds of seeds, garlic, juice and lemon zest, vegetable oil. Carefully grind in a blender.

Add to the chopped nut mixture pressed loaf, salt and pepper to taste. Again all grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass. Be sure to try a lot on taste, adjust the amount of lemon juice, salt - pepper to your taste.
