Biscotti with dried apricots and nuts
Delicious Italian cookie with dried fruits and nuts.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

Sift flour, mix with sugar, baking powder. One by one add the eggs, knead the dough.

Grind in a blender apricots, prunes and lemon zest. Finely chop nuts. Add all to the dough and mix.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. From each to make a sausage with a thickness of 3 cm. Spread out on greased baking sheet. Bake at temp-re 180 gr 30 minutes.

Remove, cool slightly, the oven does not turn off. Cut into slices 1 cm thick and put back in the oven for 8 minutes. Flip and dry for another 5 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
