To prepare homemade ice cream. Chilled cream beat well. At the end of the whisking, when the mixture becomes thick, add the condensed milk.
Transfer to a container to freeze.
To prepare molds for candles.
Yellow jelly: squeeze of orange juice, sweeten, add the gelatin.
Red jello in cherry juice, add sugar to taste and the gelatin (follow instructions). Cut the flames out of the marmalade.
Green jelly I was making from the purchase of ready mix. Fill molds with ice cream, jelly and insert the reeds.
At the bottom of some containers to put the stones, to pour water and to lower the floating candles. Note: the jelly should not be heavy, otherwise the molds will sink. In this case, molds or half-fill, or do without water. That ice cream did not melt, place in a water ice pieces.
