Cupcake
Delicate, airy, always successfully the resulting cake. The combination of cocoa, coffee and cinnamon gives it a delicious taste and aroma. Very easy to prepare, but so delicious that it is not ashamed to serve on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Coffee natural

    80 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    40 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Grind the nuts.

Butter room temperature, beat with sugar.

Add the egg, cooled black coffee and nuts.

Whisk.

To the flour add baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, stir.

Mix well all ingredients. Put into the form (or small ramekins).

Bake about 50 min.

Cook the glaze. Heat some milk with icing sugar, until completely dissolved powder.

Throw the chopped chocolate and butter, and heat (very low heat), until complete dissolution of chocolate.

Remove from the heat. Stir, let cool a bit (until lightly thickened).

The cooled cupcake covered with icing.
