Scones for Breakfast like it! And to make them not just delicious, but also useful, I added to the dough flakes "5 grains" from Mistral

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Flakes cereal

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Condensed milk

    250 ml

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

Cooking

Sift flour in bowl, add cereal "5 grains", soda, yeast, salt and sugar, mix all dry ingredients. Pour yogurt

Add the egg and oil. Knead the dough

Cover it with film and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours. Once the dough has risen, ebonite it on the table. Return to bowl and leave for 1-2 hours to rise. Then again ebonite and start cutting biscuits

For the filling, in a thick-walled dish, heat the condensed milk

Here add the diced apples, vanilla. Saute about 5 minutes

Then add semolina and cook while stirring until thick (2-3 minutes). Cool completely filling

Of this amount, the test I got 15 rolls. Divide the dough into pieces, roll into balls, place in a greased form a sludge on the pan. Let rise for 10 minutes. Then using a glass or your fingers make a well in the center of the depression (I used a salt shaker). Fill cavity stuffing

Let stand for the rolls to rise for another 10 minutes

Bake in heated oven until Golden brown. The temperature for baking is 180 degrees. Baking time by about 20 minutes.
