Walnut cupcakes with honey
Delicious, fragrant, crumbly cupcakes. Very delicate, moderately sweet, using peanut butter and honey. I have salted pasta if you have a sweet, adjust the amount of sugar. The basic version of the cupcakes, change the toppings, using nuts, berries, fill with glaze - it will be holiday baking. Experiment and have fun with their loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Corn flour

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Pasta nut

    60 g

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Honey

    40 g

  • Flour

    115 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs to a froth, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, beat well. In the egg-sugar mixture add the soft margarine and yoghurt and whisk.

Add peanut butter with honey. Corn flour mixed with baking powder, sift into the ground, all beat or stir with a spatula.

Sifted wheat flour, add parts, mix well.

The dough is slightly thick.

Portions molds (grease, not silicone grease) for baking cupcakes fill with dough 2/3. From this quantity of ingredients makes 12 small cupcakes.

Bake cupcakes in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 minutes (focus on your oven). Check the readiness with a wooden stick. Allow to cool in the form.
