Cooking
Prepare the required products.
Cucumbers cut into the same thin long strips. If the peel is tough, cucumbers pre-peel.
Sesame oil mixed with rice vinegar and soy sauce. I used the Kikkoman sauce. Chili pepper cut into thin rings and add to the marinade of vinegar, oil and soy sauce.
Pour diced cucumbers prepared marinade and let stand 20 minutes. The longer standing, the tastier. Then drain the marinade and serve as tapas or a side dish to grilled or boiled meat.
