Cooking
1. Buckwheat cook according to the instructions on the package.
2. Nuts fry on a dry pan.
3. In the bowl of a blender put the parsley, garlic, nuts. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Grind everything into a smooth paste. At the end add the butter.
4. Serve with fresh bread or vegetables.
