Fish
The recipe was posted in 2008 Lesi author and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very tasty fish, very unusual option of cooking. I recommend everyone to try.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Rosemary

  • Black pepper

To process the fish (I had a carp)

Boil in their jackets 10 well-washed potatoes (ideally the potatoes should be young)

The fish with salt and fry in a pan on each side. Put the fish in a heatproof dish. In form, pour a little olive oil, fish sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and sprinkle with rosemary.

Around the fish put the potatoes and a few circles of the lemon. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes
