Rice balls stuffed with fish
These fish balls can be served as warm or cold. My children ate with pleasure, though the fish do not like. To the sauce I added zucchini, which there is not felt.

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Trout

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. The fish is cleaned, gut, wash, salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven.

2. Zucchini boiled or steamed in a small amount of water. In the bowl of a blender put the mustard, egg yolk, zucchini, salt, pepper, lemon juice. To break into a puree.

3. Then while whisking pour in the oil. At the end add the chopped parsley.

4. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

5. Fish disassembled into pieces, removing all bones. On plastic wrap to spread a little bit of rice, to split the cake. On top lay a little sauce. Then the pieces of fish.

6. Using film to form balls. Serve it as warm or cold.
