Polish muffin with ham and beans
Delicious snack cake that is baked in Poland for Christmas!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight, boil in salted water until tender, cool.

Cut the ham into small cubes, olives drain the liquid, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Beat eggs with sour cream and mayonnaise, add prepared beans, ham, olives and cheese, mix with sifted flour, salt and pepper.

Form cake pan greased with butter, put into it the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°, bake for 30-35 minutes.
