Squid in a spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • Squid

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Squid boil in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, cool and cut into thin rings.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil.

Egg whites and cheese to grate on a coarse grater

Prepare the filling: yolks, 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp French mustard stir until smooth (like mayonnaise)

Connect all products, add salt and fill received sauce. Before serving let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
