Cooking

step-0
Unfortunately, step-by-step photos is almost there, because I accidentally deleted. Husband all day yesterday trying to recover, but all the fun is gone forever. :\'( :\'( So I will try to describe the process in detail. So, the dough: 1. Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites 2. 120g of sugar, the yolks and 2st.l. hot water, whisk to dissolve the sugar 3. Add the sifted flour. mix well 4. Proteins, salt and remaining 30g of sugar whisk in the stable foam 5. The protein mass is added to the dough, carefully mix, we get a delicate airy puff Pastries: 1. Take the baking paper and draw a circle 26cm in diameter(I traced the bottom of a split form, and it is possible to use the good old compass!)overturn. 2. On the circle, apply a thin layer of dough and into the oven 200град for 6 min. the crust turns out thin like a pancake and well separated from the paper. You should get eight cakes. 3. Here two remarks: - the cakes not to turn on each other without cream not folded - to stick together! for each cake take a new piece of paper. Cream: 1. The powdered sugar and the softened plums. oil rubbed 2. Chocolate melt in a water bath and cool 3. Coffee dissolve in hot water, cool 4. All the ingredients of the cream to combine
step-1
5. Beat with a mixer
step-2
The layers are folded on one another, paramasivam cream
step-3
The top layer of the cake grease with the cream and decorate. I rubbed the chocolate on top and sprinkled with coconut. In the original recipe the cake is topped with caramel, but my caramel did not work...:\'( )
step-4
Cake was rich chocolate-coffee taste, although I think a little sweet. My husband liked it - I have a sweet tooth! So cake looks in the cut.
