Walnut-pear puff bags
Very interesting combination of nuts and pears, with soy "flavor" from Kikkoman. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    200 g

  • Forest nuts

    60 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Raisins

    20 g

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

Cooking

Soak raisins in rum or tea, if you eat babies, for 30 minutes.
