Cooking
Here are our original products.
Boil two eggs for the filling, and cut them in small cubes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Tomato cut into thin slices.
Potatoes thoroughly wash, boil in their skins, cool (preferably under running cold water), clear. Then mash it in a blender with a fork (very long) or mince. Because of blender I have not yet, I missed the potatoes through a meat grinder.
The resulting mashed potatoes, add 2 raw eggs, butter, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. The dough should have a fairly thick consistency. If it is watery - add a little flour. I did not need it.
Form (ideally in the shape of a heart, but I don't have one) lay a parchment paper and grease with sunflower oil. The potato dough should be divided into two parts. One part put into a form.
In minced meat add salt and spices to taste.
On a layer of potato dough put a layer of stuffing.
Next, a layer of boiled eggs.
Our casserole cover with the remaining potato dough.
Put to bake our "gift" in a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes (maybe someone will need less time, depending on the oven). Bon appetit!!!
